If the greenhouse has an optional base then you do need one. Buying a base with your greenhouse means that you don't have to construct your own brick or timber base.

Yes. The greenhouses are delivered flat packed and require full assembly. These are almost always a two person job. We encourage you to read all the instructions throroughly before starting assembly.

You're in luck! We offer complimentary delivery on all orders over £75.

Delivered kerbside. The product will be unloaded from the vehicle and placed at the front of your property.

We don't. But there any many contractors nationally who can provide this service if you don't want to assemble the greenhouse yourself.

Lead times for planters are specified on each product page. Once your order is ready to dispatch, either the haulier or our customer support team will contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery.

If you agree to a delivery day but aren’t at home, the delivery may fail and a re-delivery surcharge could apply. You can avoid this by specifying a designated safe place for your order, allowing us to deliver even when you’re away.

To add a designated safe place, please inform our Customer Support Team when they arrange your delivery.

Whilst we always make every effort to avoid scenarios like this, sometimes accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact our customer support team at the earliest opportunity. The sooner we know, the faster we'll have a resolution for you.
