Frequently asked questions

Do you make custom sized planters?

Yes! Just let us know the length, width and height that you require, together with your colour choice and we'll send you a quote.

Do your planters come with drainage holes?

Yes, all our planters come with drainage holes. We provide the minimum drainage required, so that people who need increased levels of drainage can add more drainage holes as required. If you want us to add additional drainage, just let us know.

How much does shipping cost?

You're in luck! We offer complimentary delivery on all orders over £75.

How does delivery work?

Delivery depends on the size of your planter:

  • Planters under 2.1m: Delivered kerbside. The planter will be unloaded from the vehicle and placed at the front of your property.
  • Planters over 2.1m: You are responsible for unloading, as items longer than 2.1m cannot be handled with a tail-lift.

Refusing a delivery you are responsible for unloading will result in a failed-delivery charge.

Do you offer a white glove delivery service?

We can absolutely offer a two person delivery service for products under 2.1m. Please contact us for a quote.

How do I know when my planter will be delivered?

Lead times for planters are specified on each product page. Once your order is ready to dispatch, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient day for delivery.

What happens if I miss or reject my delivery?

If you agree to a delivery day but aren’t at home, the delivery may fail and a re-delivery surcharge could apply. You can avoid this by specifying a designated safe place for your order, allowing us to deliver even when you’re away.

To add a designated safe place, please inform our Customer Support Team when they arrange your delivery.

My planter was damaged in transport, what do I do?

Whilst we always make every effort to avoid scenarios like this, sometimes accidents do happen. If your planter arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact our customer support team at the earliest opportunity. The sooner we know, the faster we'll have a resolution for you.

I've changed my mind. Can I send my planter back for a refund?

If you've ordered a standard product from our website, then you have 30 days to return the item and receive a full refund. You can read our full Terms and Conditions here. If you've ordered a custom planter, these are not eligible for return.

Why powder coated planters are ideal for contemporary outdoor design

Powder-coated planters bring together sleek contemporary styling and long-lasting practical performance, making them a popular choice for modern gardens, terraces and architectural landscapes. Their smooth, uniform finish provides a refined visual appeal that works beautifully alongside minimalist planting schemes, structured layouts and clean-lined outdoor furniture.

The powder coating process creates a highly durable, scratch-resistant surface that protects the underlying galvanised steel from rust, weathering and UV exposure. This allows the planters to maintain their vibrant colour and crisp aesthetic for many years, even in exposed environments or high-traffic outdoor areas. Designed for reliability, they offer both strength and elegance without the maintenance demands of untreated metals

Sophistication, style and sustainability

Their versatility extends to shape and scale, with options ranging from tall cylindrical forms to modern cubes and troughs that help define zones or create architectural rhythm. Whether used as standalone statement pieces or arranged in curated clusters, powder coated planters bring dynamic structure and depth to both soft and hard landscaping.

If you're exploring more material options to complement your outdoor design, discover the warm, architectural tones of Corten Steel Planters or browse our lightweight, modern Aluminium Planters to compare finishes and styling choices.
