What do I need to do before installation?

Our stone fountains operate with an underground reservoir system, so the first task is to dig a hole for the reservoir. An installation guide is available on each product page and of course you can call our team for advice or to ask any other questions.

How long is the cable?

Sometimes there can be two! Pumps and LED lights run on separate circuits and are supplied with 10m cables.
Can I hard-wire the water table into my property?

Yes, but your electrician needs to be careful! The pump is straightforward to hard-wire, but the LED light plug has a built in transformer which if removed will overload your lights causing them to break.
Do these fountains require a water supply?

No. These fountains are self-contained units that recycle water through an internal reservoir.
Are they safe for pets to drink out of?

Yes, as long as you don't use chlorinated tablets to keep your water clean. Always use non-toxic organic alternatives.
Do they require maintenance?

Yes, like any water feature there is maintenance required. In the height of summer, you may need to top up the water level every 2-4 weeks. Regular control of leaf debris to prevent pump blockages and at least one annual water change is recommended.

How does delivery work?

Stone fountains are delivered kerbside and will be unloaded from the vehicle and placed at the front of your property.

How do I know when my fountain will be delivered?

As long as the fountain is in stock, we deliver within the lead time specified on the product page. Either our customer support team or the haulier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery.

What happens if I miss or reject my delivery?

If you agree to a delivery day but aren’t at home, the delivery may fail and a re-delivery surcharge could apply. You can avoid this by specifying a designated safe place for your order, allowing us to deliver even when you’re away.

My fountain was damaged in transport, what do I do?

Whilst we always make every effort to avoid scenarios like this, sometimes accidents do happen. If your fountain arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact our customer support team at the earliest opportunity. The sooner we know, the faster we'll have a resolution for you.

I've changed my mind. Can I send my fountain back for a refund?

If you've ordered a standard product from our website, then you have 30 days to return the item and receive a full refund. You can read our full Terms and Conditions here. If you've ordered a custom item, these are not eligible for return.
