Q: What do I need to do before installation?

A: It's important that you install the water table on stable level ground. Most people will choose to lay a concrete pad, although a compressed hardcore bed will also suffice.

Q: How long is the cable?

A: There's two! The pump and the LED light run on separate circuits; each has a 10m cable.

Q: Can I hard-wire the water table into my property?

A: Yes, but your electrician needs to be careful! The pump is straightforward to hard-wire, but the LED light plug has a built in transformer which if removed will overload your lights causing them to break. Hard-wiring the pump and the lights will void their warranty.

Q: Does the water table require a water supply?

A: No. Water tables are self-contained units that recycle water through an internal reservoir.

Q: Are water tables safe for pets to drink out of?

A: Yes, as long as you don't use chlorinated tablets to keep your water clean. Always use non-toxic organic alternatives.

Q: Can I bury the table so the top sits level with the ground surface?

A: Yes, this method of installation is becoming increasingly popular amongst garden designers. The Corten steel isn't affected by being buried.

1. Provide a level, solid surface. If not done carefully, this can cause
   tension which can result in damage to the product.
2. If opting for a solid foundation, make a hole in the foundation under the overflow pipe. This hole functions as a passage of the electrical cables and for draining excess water through the overflow pipe. The cables from the pump and the fountain lighting exit the water table through the overflow pipe.
3. Place the water table in the desired position.
4. After positioning the water table, now the fountains and pump can be connected to the PVC distribution pipe.
   Note! Always open the lid of the water table with at least 2 people! In addition, always use the metal rods supplied with the water table. Metal rods are not included with small or circular water tables.
5. Place the water bowls over the fountains. The bowls can be levelled by means of the levelling screws.
6. Place the rubber O-ring in the indicated position between the water bowl and the body of the fountain. Recommended fountain height is 3 cm above the water level, this is adjustable by means of the ball valves in the water table.
   Note! When opening the water table, remove the water bowls first!
7. Plug the pump into the electrical outlet and check if the fountains are spraying evenly. This can be adjusted inside the water table with the taps on the PVC distribution pipe.
