The inward sloping ring prevents oil and liquids from dripping off the grill plate, simplifying cleanup. Simply oil and scrape the surface to maintain it, then apply a final oil coat before storage to protect against rust. Enhance its versatility with the optional grill set featuring an adjustable flush grill, enabling multiple cooking zones for diverse culinary creations. The grill set includes a grill lifter, grill raiser and flush grill. The grill lifter is a handle that allows you to easily pick up the flush grill to remove it from the Seare ring. It also allows you to place the flush grill on the grill raiser. This creates an additional grill at a different height, so you can vary the cooking temperature. The grillset also includes an integrated food bumper to prevent your food from falling into the fire.
