The product should be unpacked immediately upon delivery to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. If the product is left in its packaging, it may develop uneven rust patches.
The weathering process may cause rust run-off.
The guarantee expires if you drill or grind in a way that is not specified.
Clean annually by spraying coarse dirt off the product with tap water.

Returns

Returns must be completed within 30 days from the delivery date. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to delivery. The client is responsible for the cost of returning any item, this is non-refundable. Corten steel is a metal alloy made by adding copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel and chromium to iron. When exposed to air, the material forms a protective layer of rust. This natural coating prevents further corrosion, so the water block will last for many years.

The Carrez is Adezz's answer to the classic cube planter, and with nineteen standard sizes from 40cm to 2m square, there's a scale for literally any application. Crafted from 2mm Corten steel with hidden 15mm feet and drainage holes, these are engineered for decades of service in domestic gardens, commercial properties, or public spaces. The clean square format works brilliantly in formal layouts, contemporary schemes, or anywhere you need architectural precision. Custom sizing available if the nineteen standard options somehow aren't enough. The developing orange-brown patina adds warmth to the geometric form, while the robust construction (14-86kg depending on size) ensures stability. Square perfection in Corten steel.
