A: It's important that you install the water feature on stable level ground. Some people choose to lay a compressed hardcore bed, but compacted earth will also suffice.

A: Yes. The pump is straightforward to hard-wire, but remember that removing the plug will void its warranty.

Q: Does the water feature require a water supply?

A: No, this is a self-contained unit that recycle water through the circular reservoir.

Q: Is it safe for pets to drink out of?

A: Yes, as long as you don't use chlorinated tablets to keep your water clean. Always use non-toxic organic alternatives.

Q: Will the patina change over time?

A: Yes. As soon as you put the water feature outside, the surface will lighten slightly as the surface oxidises. The result is a beautiful grey tone which resembles antique lead.

Installation

We recommend having two people around for the installation. You'll need a spirit level and some old blankets. A fully illustrated instruction guide is provided with the water table.

Returns must be completed within 30 days from the delivery date. Orders cannot be cancelled prior to delivery. The client is responsible for the cost of returning any item, this is non-refundable.
