Care & maintenance
As an easy care product made from pressure-treated wood that protects against rot, there is no need to apply any treatment within the first 6 months of receipt. Doing so will invalidate the warranty, as this will not allow enough time for excess moisture from the pressure treatment to dry out. However, after this period, you may apply annual treatment to prolong the life and look of the product.
Warranty
10 year manufacturer's guarantee against rot
Championing convenience, with fewer products that are easier to assemble
Create your own sanctuary in which to enjoy the garden with the unique and innovative Noah’s Arbour. Complete with a floor and combined roof, the new concept Noah’s Arbour provides shelter and shade to the integral table and benches, whatever the weather.
The stunning Noah’s Arbour, so-called because its design is reminiscent of Noah’s Ark, can comfortably seat six adults. Made from pressure treated wood and guaranteed against rot for 10 years, this the ultimate in garden arbour design.
Pressure treated
Longer lasting protection against rot and decay
Dip treated and pressure treated timber both protect wood from rot, moisture and insects, but they work in different ways. Dip treated timber is submerged in a preservative solution, creating a protective coating on the outer surface of the wood. Pressure treated timber, however, undergoes a more intensive process where preservatives are forced deep into the timber using hydraulic pressure. This deeper penetration provides stronger, longer-lasting protection, making pressure treated timber the more durable option for garden structures exposed to the elements.
