Will all the timber be a uniform colour?

You may notice that there are slight variations in the colour of the wood. This is perfectly normal, as it's made from a natural material, and no two pieces of timber are ever exactly the same.

Each piece is a result of that tree's individual growth, the number of branches, and the changing seasons throughout its life.

All you need to do is let your product settle into its new home and any variations will gently fade with time.
Will the timber change colour over time?

The ageing process creates a lovely silvery colour, but if you wish to retain the original colour, you can wash down the surfaces with a wood-cleaning product and treat them with a wood stain or paint containing preservative.
How long do arbours and gazebos last for?

With proper care, these arbours and gazebos will last for many years. The premium grade timber is pressure treated and back by an impressive 10 year guarantee.

Do these gazebos and arbours require preservative treatment?

No. There is no need to treat your Zest product with a preservative. These arbours and gazebos have been pressure treated, and are already guaranteed for 10 years against rot.
How much does shipping cost?

You're in luck! We offer complimentary delivery on all orders over £75.
How does delivery work?

Delivered kerbside. The planter will be unloaded from the vehicle and placed at the front of your property.
How do I know when my arbour or gazebo will be delivered?

As long as the willow planter is in stock, we deliver within the lead time specified on the product page. Either our customer support team or the haulier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery.

What happens if I miss or reject my delivery?

If you agree to a delivery day but aren’t at home, the delivery may fail and a re-delivery surcharge could apply. You can avoid this by specifying a designated safe place for your order, allowing us to deliver even when you’re away.

My arbour/gazebo was damaged in transport, what do I do?

Whilst we always make every effort to avoid scenarios like this, sometimes accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact our customer support team at the earliest opportunity. The sooner we know, the faster we'll have a resolution for you.

I've changed my mind. Can I send my arbour/gazebo back for a refund?

If you've ordered a standard product from our website, then you have 30 days to return the item and receive a full refund. You can read our full Terms and Conditions here. If you've ordered a custom product, these are not eligible for return.
