Do the pond walls include a pond trough unit?

No, they're separate products.
How do I know if I need inlets or not?

Inlets in ponds are only required if you're adding a freestanding pond wall. If you're buying a fixed wall you do not require any inlets.
What do I need to do before installation?

It's important that you install the pond on stable level ground. Most people will choose to lay a concrete pad.
How long is the pump cable?

Pond walls are supplied with pumps featuring a 10m cable.
Do ponds require a water supply?

No. Water tables are self-contained units that recycle water through an internal reservoir.
Are ponds safe for pets to drink out of?

Yes, as long as you don't use chlorinated tablets to keep your water clean. Always use non-toxic organic alternatives.
How much does shipping cost?

You're in luck! We offer complimentary delivery on all orders over £75.
How does delivery work?

Water tables 2m in length or less are delivered kerbside and will be unloaded from the vehicle and placed at the front of your property. Water tables larger than 2m won't come off on a tail lift, so the customer is responsible for unloading.
How do I know when my water table will be delivered?

As long as the water table is in stock, we deliver within the lead time specified on the product page. Either our customer support team or the haulier will contact you directly to arrange a suitable day for delivery.

What happens if I miss or reject my delivery?

If you agree to a delivery day but aren’t at home, the delivery may fail and a re-delivery surcharge could apply. You can avoid this by specifying a designated safe place for your order, allowing us to deliver even when you’re away.

To add a designated safe place, please inform our Customer Support Team when they arrange your delivery.
My product was damaged in transport, what do I do?

Whilst we always make every effort to avoid scenarios like this, sometimes accidents do happen. If your product arrives damaged, please take photographs and contact our customer support team at the earliest opportunity. The sooner we know, the faster we'll have a resolution for you.

I've changed my mind. Can I send my product back for a refund?

If you've ordered a standard product from our website, then you have 30 days to return the item and receive a full refund. You can read our full Terms and Conditions here. If you've ordered a custom item, these are not eligible for return.
