- Water features should be installed on a firm, level surface.
- The weathering process may cause rust run-off.
- The guarantee expires if you drill or grind in a way that is not specified.
- The water used in this product should have a neutral pH value (7) to protect the look and quality of the material.
- Clean annually by spraying coarse dirt off the product with tap water.

FAQs
Q) What's the difference between a fixed pond wall and a freestanding pond wall?
A) The fixed pond wall is only for use alongside one of our ponds, as it's mounted directly on top of the pond itself - either on the short or long side of the pond. The freestanding pond wall can be used with or without a pond.
Q) How does the pond wall connect to the pond?
A) If you're ordering a fixed pond wall, no inlet holes are required, installation is even easier! When you order a freestanding pond wall and a pond, we'll always contact you to ascertain which side of the pond you intend to position the pond wall. Inlet holes are then cut accordingly in both pond and in the front of the pond wall. This allows the pipe work from the pump to go up through the pond wall and connect to the blade.
Q) Do I need to turn the pump off during winter?
A) We'd always recommend this yes. Whilst the pump is designed to cut out in the event of a frost to prevent internal damage, it's always best practice to turn fountains off during winter. This also gives you the perfect opportunity to carry out annual maintenance.
Q) Can I use a Corten steel pond with an aluminium pond wall?
A) Yes! Both material types are compatible. What we would avoid is using a fixed Corten steel pond wall on a white powder coated pond.
Q) Do you provide an installation service?
A) No. Unfortunately, this is not a service we offer at this time. Whilst installation isn't difficult, any landscape contractor will be able to install the pond.

A tail of two spouts
Tailor your pond wall to suit your requirements
The difference between the blade and spouts comes down to the water effect and sound. The blade waterfall creates a smooth, continuous sheet of water for a sleek, contemporary look with a gentle, calming sound. The spouts produce multiple individual streams, giving a more dynamic display with increased movement and a slightly livelier sound. It simply depends on whether you prefer a clean water curtain or a more animated feature.
