First class garden product of the year Chelsea finalist, guaranteed not to dissapoint

Considered as the best water butt available on the market in terms of both style and durability, especially compared to off-the-shelf plastic water butts. This water butt is hand-crafted by artisans in England, its design influenced by the 18th century lead cisterns, still to be found in the gardens of grand houses and stately mansions around the country.

The water butts are made in the UK by artisan metal workers using 1.5 mm galvanised steel and can contain more than 180 litres of rainwater. A hose-ready, brushed chrome tap is set at watering can height. A total of 64 coach bolts are used in the construction of the butt. All joints are treated with a waterproof mastic prior to final assembly, and the butts are treated to give an aged patina, which will further develop over time.

The dimensions below are approximate and are based on the actual size of the container, excluding the legs and ball decorations.

Traditional water butts

Galvanised zinc garden furnishings made in Britain

A Water Butt from Urban Grow

Georgian splendour

Made from heavy gauge galvanised steel, and decorated in a traditional Georgian style complete with Tudor roses, decorative balls and their signature coach bolt rivets. Available in a range of classic and contemporary colours, they are then finished with a special treatment to give them an aged patina.

Made to last

Made in England by artisan metal workers. Because the products are hot dip galvanised, they have a long life. You'll never confuse these planters, window boxes or water butts with inferior products made of glass fibre or plastic - these are premium quality, British-made garden products.

RHS Chelsea finalist

Unsurprisingly, the Georgian style water butt was listed as a Garden Product of the Year Chelsea Finalist in 2015. Available in two sizes with customisable options, it's a product guaranteed not to disappoint.

A word from the expert

An English Country Garden

Forget those ubiquitous plastic eyesores lurking behind garden sheds. This is rainwater collection elevated to Georgian grandeur. Hand-crafted by English artisans and inspired by 18th-century lead cisterns found in stately gardens, each butt is assembled with 64 coach bolts and treated to develop a distinguished patina over time. The brushed chrome tap sits at perfect watering-can height, because practicality and elegance aren't mutually exclusive. At 180 litres, it's compact enough for smaller gardens while substantial enough to make a statement and proof that sustainability can be seriously stylish
