This is BBQ’ing on another level, or should we say levels? The fire table traditions of Spain and South America inspired this Katherine Wheel Dual BBQ. The grill plates wheel up and down, giving you complete control over temperature so that you can raise the bar to cook long and slow, or sear and grill quickly the lower you go. With two independent grills, you can even do both at the same time.

The Dual Katherine Wheel BBQ is a table top BBQ which gives you the range and control to master live fire cooking. Designed to be used with charcoal or wood, the dual grill plates are wheeled up and down, giving you the versatility to barbecue long and slow, or fast and hot. The grills have both bar and plate areas so that you can sear your steaks, and ensure your smaller vegetables doesn’t fall down the gaps. The dual grills also allow for separate cooking areas to cater for different diets and a wide array of food. The grill plates can be removed for easy cleaning and to store out of the elements.

Well want to save resources and help protect the environment. Other than oiling, these units aren't coated before they leave the workshop. The amount of packaging is also kept to a minimum. Smaller items will come boxed, but larger items will have no packaging at all!
