We’re constantly finding new ways to become more sustainable, so we only select products that are built to last. We recommend looking after your planter correctly to increase its lifespan.

Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. If the product is left in its packaging, it may develop patches of uneven discolouration.
Clean annually by hosing dirt from the product with clean tap water, followed by cleaning with detergent. Do not use a pressure washer and/or scouring pad for this purpose. This damages the coating.
Products should be unpacked immediately upon receipt to release any moisture trapped inside the packaging. This moisture can cause stains that are difficult to remove.
Always drill drainage holes in the base of the planter. The base has circles for drilling. These circles are connected by a drainage channel. After drilling the drainage holes, install the overflow pipe. This will ensure that no excess water remains in the planter.
Fibreglass planters should always be installed on a flat surface. Do not place the planter on beams, stones, etc.
The planter is not suitable for moving once filled.

Q) Can you supply these in any colour?

A) As long as you can provide a RAL code for a specific colour, we can fabricate it. Please note some custom RAL colours may incur start up costs.

Q) Do the the planters have drainage holes?

A) Yes, all planters with bases have a minimal amount of drainage holes, which allows our customers to drill more if required.

Q) Do you make custom sized planters?

A) Yes! Just let us know what size you require and we'll send you a quotation.

Q)How does delivery work?

A) Once your planters are ready to dispatch, we'll contact you to arrange a convenient date for delivery. We offer free kerbside delivery every weekday. We prefer if customers are at home to take delivery, but you can also authorise a safe place for them to be left at the front of your property.

By default, it is not waterproof but the Carrez planter can be supplied in a waterproof version making it suitable for use indoors with house plants.

Available in four standard colours, other colours can be ordered for an additional cost. The Carrez fibreglass planter is made of high-quality reinforced fibreglass; this makes the planter sturdy. The reinforcement has been extended into the corners, which prevents splitting. The fibreglass is dyed through, and the planter will retain its colour.
