Frequently asked questions
Q: What's the difference between a fixed pond wall and a freestanding pond wall?
A: The fixed pond wall is only for use alongside one of our ponds, as it's mounted directly on top of the pond itself - either on the short or long side of the pond. The freestanding pond wall can be used with or without a pond.
Q: How does the pond wall connect to the pond?
A: When you order a freestanding pond wall and a pond, we'll always contact you to ascertain which side of the pond you intend to position the pond wall. Inlet holes are then cut accordingly in both pond and in the front of the pond wall. This allows the pipe work from the pump to go up through the pond wall and connect to the blade. If you're ordering a fixed pond wall, no inlet holes are required, installation is even easier!
Q: Do I need to turn the pump off during winter?
A: We'd always recommend this yes. Whilst the pump is designed to cut out in the event of a frost to prevent internal damage, it's always best practice to turn fountains off during winter. This also gives you the perfect opportunity to carry out annual maintenance.
Q: Can I use a Corten steel pond with an aluminium pond wall?
A: Yes! Both material types are compatible. What we would avoid is using a fixed Corten steel pond wall on a white powder coated pond.
Q: Do you provide an installation service?
A: No. Unfortunately, this is not a service we offer at this time. Whilst installation isn't difficult, any landscape contractor will be able to install the pond.

Installation
Fully illustrated instructions are also provided with the product.
- Provide a level, solid surface. If not done carefully, this can cause tensions which can result in damage to the product.
- Place the pond in the desired position, and if required the fixed pond wall.
- On the inside hook the clamp over the side of the pond wall. Then tighten the bolts until they clamp against the underside of the pond edge.
Note! First loosely tighten all the bolts, after which they can be tightened fully one by one. - In addition to fixed pond walls, you can also opt for a free-standing wall. Place a free-standing pond wall on a flat, stable foundation below ground
level or on a flat, stable pavement. - Drill holes in the foundation/pavement at the locations that correspond to the holes at the bottom of the pond wall. Then attach the wall to the foundation/pavement with bolts and plugs.
Note! First loosely tighten all the bolts, after which they can be tightened fully one by one. - The water blade can easily be placed in the wall via a hatch in the back of the pond wall.
- Connect the water hose to the water blade before replacing the hatch.
- After all components have been placed, the pump can be connected and the pond can be filled with water.

ADEZZ
Superior garden water features made in the Netherlands

Superior quality
Adezz pond walls are distinctive and stylish garden water features designed to add movement to ponds and standing bodies of water. All pond walls include a pump and all the pipework required for installation. Don't worry, installation isn't that complicated either!

Corten pond walls
Corten steel is a metal alloy made by adding copper, phosphorus, silicon, nickel and chromium to iron. When exposed to air, the material forms a protective layer of rust. This natural coating prevents further corrosion, so the pond walls will last for many years.

Aluminium pond walls
Once constructed, aluminium pond walls are given several finishing treatments. The material is roughened to allow better adhesion of the powder coating. This powder coating is available in a variety of colours and is applied with a strong adhesive primer. Finally, the aluminium is finished with a hard topcoat. This ensures that our pond walls are scratch resistant.
Bring even more life and movement to your garden by adding a pond wall to your pond

Industrial fountains
The thing I love about the Adezz Corten steel pond walls is their stylish simplicity whilst creating a striking focal point in any garden. Installation couldn't be easier with its 'plug in and play' setup. The angular form of these pond walls look tremendous alongside the curvatures found in our Tube and Conical planters.
